Convenient location within walking distance to ski rentals and restaurants. the staff was friendly, despite the language barrier, and went out of their way to help. the rooms were a good size, with free Wi-Fi and great views of the surrounding mountains.

The beds were very hard and uncomfortable, and the breakfast didn't cater to Western tastes. the lack of shampoo and conditioner provided was inconvenient.

The hotel's location is unbeatable - it's close to everything and just a short walk from the bus terminal. The staff, despite limited English, were incredibly helpful and went out of their way to assist me. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained, offering plenty of comfort. I especially loved the relaxing onsen downstairs, perfect for winding down after a long day of activities.

The hotel was conveniently located near the bus terminal, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. It was close to supermarkets, ski hire shops, and various food places, providing ample options for dining. the staff at the hotel were helpful and accommodating, despite the language barrier. the onsen downstairs was a perfect spot to relax and rejuvenate after a long day of snowboarding.

The beds and pillows in the room were uncomfortably hard, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.
